Broadband helps the new customers (area wise) by providing the new Connections, changing of their Plans & Shifting application through online. Then the Systems forward the Applications to the various units. After receiving the applications the Officers of the various Departments do the needful and then they are liable to forward the Applications to the specific areas
In case of New User Creation the specific customer should be educate with his/her new user ID & Password through SMS by the Broad band.
If any customer unable to pay his/her billing amount within the due period, the system will automatically deactivate the User IDs. Again after getting the due payment from the customer, the system will reactive the User ID from itself & send a confirmation SMS to the customers no.
In case of any fault occurred, customer can lodge complaint through the IVRS, Manually through BSNL Call Centre or by sending SMS.
